Our Guidance Clinic provides outpatient mental health therapy for children and their families. Although most of the children we serve come from the East End, we serve the entire Metro Richmond area. Children are referred to us by their schools, parents, local health clinics, and other youth-serving agencies. Our staff of clinical social workers and a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist provide treatment for children and adolescents regardless of the ability to pay. We accept all Medicaid HMOs and will work with anyone who has no insurance by establishing a fee that fits his or her family's budget.
